We would like to offer you the best care and clear communication. A mutual relationship of trust is essential for this. Despite the good intentions and efforts, you may feel that you have been approached incorrectly. We would like to hear from you if you are not satisfied and invite you to discuss this with us in confidence.
Make an appointment with your doctor to clarify the event. Usually this solves many uncertainties.
If we cannot reach a satisfactory solution for you together, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of DOKh, to which our practice is affiliated. There are no costs associated with the complaints procedure.
